When you request service, we collect your name, phone number, property address and any optional email address or project details you provide. Do not include payment information, access codes or other sensitive information in the form.

How it is used

Rapid Rescue uses this information to respond, assess the request and arrange plumbing service. Submitting a request does not enroll you in a marketing list or confirm an appointment.

Service providers

The website is designed to be hosted by Vercel. Form notifications are sent through Resend. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from spam and processes technical browser information. These providers process information to operate and secure the service. This version does not install advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention and requests

Request information is kept as needed for service communication and business records. To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, use our contact form or call 626-887-2743. Applicable recordkeeping needs may affect what can be deleted.
